Order Tracking

- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at tairaxdelgado@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
