Refund policy
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item meets one of the following exceptions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item has a printing defect (this does not include shipping damage, as we are not responsible for damages that occur during transit)
If your item qualifies under these exceptions, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for purchasing and providing a return shipping label.
To request a return, contact us at tairaxdelgado@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if there is a printing defect. We will assess the issue and determine the next steps. We are not responsible for shipping damages once the package has left our facility.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items damaged during shipping
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at tairaxdelgado@gmail.com.
